Hydraulic Hose Manufacturer
Hydraulic Hose Manufacturer Built on Standards, Not Compromise
Quanyi Rubber manufactures SAE, DIN and EN hydraulic hose at factory scale - braided 1SN/2SN, spiral 4SP/4SH/6SP, and high-impulse R12/R13. Every batch is proof-pressure tested and impulse-certified to 400,000 cycles, exceeding SAE J517 and EN 856 requirements.
About The Manufacturer
A Hydraulic Hose Manufacturer Engineered for Repeatable Quality
Quanyi Rubber is a hydraulic hose manufacturer based in Hengshui, Hebei - China's rubber hose industrial heartland. For over 16 years we have supplied distributors, equipment manufacturers and OEM brands with hydraulic hose that meets SAE, DIN and EN standards without the variability that plagues low-tier suppliers. Our facility operates 120+ production machines, 16+ extrusion lines and an in-house laboratory capable of impulse, burst and proof-pressure testing to international specifications.
The difference between a hydraulic hose that lasts 10 years and one that fails at 18 months is rarely the design - it is the consistency of compounding, braiding and vulcanization. As a vertically integrated manufacturer, we control every stage from rubber mixing to final crimping. This is why our hose performs predictably across container-scale orders, and why we can supply material certificates, dimensional reports and impulse test logs on request.
We are not a trading company. We do not re-label another factory's hose. When you specify Quanyi Rubber, you are buying directly from the manufacturer that extruded the tube, braided the wire and cured the cover - with full traceability for every reel.
Manufactured Range
Hydraulic Hose Series We Manufacture
SAE 100R1 / EN 853 1SN
Single wire braid hydraulic hose for medium-pressure lines. Sizes 1/4" to 2". Working pressure 25 MPa (1/4") down to 7 MPa (2"). Most common hydraulic hose for construction and agricultural machinery.
View 1SN Hose →SAE 100R2 / EN 853 2SN
Two-wire braid hydraulic hose for high-pressure hydraulic systems. Sizes 1/4" to 2". Higher working pressure than 1SN at the same ID. The default choice for excavators, loaders and hydraulic presses.
View 2SN Hose →EN 856 4SP / 4SH
Four-wire spiral hydraulic hose for very high pressure. 4SP for extreme pressure, 4SH for high pressure at larger IDs. Specified on excavators, cranes, drilling rigs and mining equipment.
View 4SP/4SH Hose →SAE 100R12 / R13 / R15
Multi-spiral hose for the most demanding hydraulic applications. R12 for high-impulse, R13 for extreme pressure, R15 for ultra-high pressure. Used in hydraulic presses and heavy equipment.

Where Our Hydraulic Hose Operates
Our hydraulic hose is specified across six core industrial sectors where pressure, abrasion and reliability are non-negotiable. We engineer the hose construction, cover compound and fitting combination to match the application - not the other way around.
- Construction machinery: excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, cranes, concrete pumps and pavers. High-impulse spiral hose specified on boom and arm circuits.
- Mining equipment: continuous miners, longwall shields, hydraulic presses and slurry transfer. MSHA-style flame-resistant covers available.
- Agricultural machinery: tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers, loaders and implements. UV and weather-resistant EPDM/NBR covers.
- Oil & gas: hydraulic power units, fracturing equipment, well-service rigs and large-diameter suction/discharge lines.
- Industrial machinery: hydraulic presses, injection moulding machines, machine tools and material handling systems.
- Mobile equipment: refuse trucks, aerial platforms, tow trucks and road maintenance equipment.
Construction
How A Hydraulic Hose Is Built
A hydraulic hose is a precision-engineered composite of three layers, each with a specific function. Understanding this construction is the foundation of specifying hose correctly - and the reason not all "equivalent" hoses perform the same in service.
- Inner tube: The media-carrying layer, extruded from oil-resistant NBR (nitrile) for standard hydraulic fluids, or HNBR/FKM for high-temperature or synthetic fluids. ID tolerance is critical because it determines flow velocity and crimp fit.
- Reinforcement: High-tensile brass-coated steel wire, applied as braid (1SN, 2SN) for flexibility, or spiral (4SP, 4SH, R12, R13) for high pressure. The number of wires and braiding angle determine working pressure.
- Cover: Abrasion, weather and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber (SBR, Neoprene or EPDM). Color can be black, red, blue, orange or yellow for OEM identification. Pin-pricked covers available for gas-permeation applications.
The construction is then vulcanized (cured) under controlled temperature and pressure in autoclaves or lead presses. Full cross-linking is what gives the hose its pressure retention and flexibility over years of service. Under-cured hose may pass a one-off proof test but fail early in impulse cycling - a common problem with low-tier suppliers.

Manufacturing Process
Six Stages, One Manufacturer
Internal mixers compound NBR, SBR, EPDM and Neoprene to precise hardness, tensile and oil-resistance targets.
Extruders form the inner tube to tight ID tolerance - the foundation of crimping accuracy and flow control.
Braiders and spiral winders apply high-tensile brass-coated steel wire in 1SN, 2SN, 4SP, 4SH, R12 and R13 patterns.
Autoclaves and lead-press lines cure the hose under controlled temperature and pressure for full cross-linking.
Hoses cut to length, skived, fitted and crimped to manufacturer-specified diameters, with labeling.
100% proof pressure test, sample burst test, and impulse certification on every production batch.
