Constructed with a non-toxic, taste-free white or clear EPDM rubber inner lining, the hose resists bacteria buildup and easily withstands steam cleaning and thermal sterilization up to +180°C. The reinforcement layer combines high-tensile synthetic cord winding with an embedded spiral steel wire, allowing the hose to handle dynamic positive pressures up to 20 Bar (300 PSI) as well as full negative pressure suction down to -80 kPa without wall collapse.
The smooth, durable EPDM outer rubber cover (available in blue, green, black, or custom colors) offers excellent resistance to heat, abrasion, ozone, and frequent washdowns. Fully compliant with GB4806.1 food contact safety standards, this hose is the ideal choice for sanitary food processing facilities, bottling lines, and liquid food transport tankers.
