Overview

Product Overview

The Fuel Transfer Hose by Quanyi Rubber is a premium flexible hose designed specifically for bulk fuel conveyance and industrial oil delivery operations. Engineered for high durability and continuous fluid flow, this hose exhibits excellent resistance to light petroleum products, aromatic hydrocarbons, unleaded gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and oil-water emulsions.

Constructed with a smooth, non-swelling Nitrile (NBR) inner rubber tube, the hose maintains structural integrity and prevents internal diameter narrowing during prolonged contact with aggressive fuels. To guarantee operational safety and prevent static electricity accumulation caused by high-velocity oil flow, the reinforcement carcass is built with high-tenacity synthetic textile cords integrated with copper anti-static wires.

Protected by an abrasion- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer cover, the hose withstands severe ground dragging, UV sunlight exposure, ozone aging, and oil splatters. Operating reliably across extreme temperature ranges from -40°C to +150°C, Quanyi fuel transfer hoses provide maximum reliability for bulk fuel transportation, mobile tanker delivery, and industrial engine fuel lines.
