Overview

Product Overview

The Heavy Duty Sand Blast Rubber Hose is designed specifically to withstand the extreme internal wear caused by high-velocity abrasive particles during pneumatic sandblasting operations. Built for demanding surface treatment tasks, it effectively delivers quartz sand, steel grit, glass beads, and mineral abrasives to clean metal surfaces, remove rust, scale, or old paint, and prepare substrate coatings.

The core of the hose features an ultra-thick Natural Rubber (NR) and Butadiene Rubber (BR) blend inner tube, providing industry-leading resistance against heavy impact and friction. Tested according to ISO 4649:2002 standards, the inner lining delivers superior wear resistance ratings (50mm³, 65mm³, or 110mm³ options). Reinforcement is achieved through one or two plies of high-tensile fabric cord weaving/winding, ensuring flex fatigue resistance and structural integrity under a high working pressure of 20 Bar (300 PSI).

The outer cover is constructed from aging- and wear-resistant Natural Rubber and Styrene Butadiene Rubber (NR+SBR), protecting the hose body against severe job-site dragging, weather, and ozone exposure. With a strict 4:1 safety burst pressure factor (60 Bar burst pressure), this hose guarantees maximum operator safety in heavy industrial blasting environments.
