Constructed with a premium austenitic stainless steel inner core (SS304, SS316, SS316L, or SS321) featuring an annular circular ripple profile, the hose guarantees maximum structural strength, smooth flow, and resistance to vacuum collapse. For high-pressure integrity, the exterior is reinforced with one or two layers of high-density SS304 or SS316L wire braid, dynamically engineered based on system pressure requirements.

Capable of withstanding extreme temperature environments ranging from -200°C to +600°C and outer diameters from 10mm to 300mm, our flexible metal hoses absorb mechanical shock, thermal expansion, and pipeline vibration.
