Overview

Product Overview

The Steel Wire Reinforced Concrete Pump Hose is a high-performance fluid transfer solution built specifically for high-pressure concrete delivery systems. Used extensively at the end of concrete boom trucks, high-rise construction placement lines, and shotcrete spraying equipment, this heavy-duty hose handles wet concrete, mortar, slurry, and cement grout with ease.

The inner lining features a specially formulated high-abrasion natural and synthetic rubber blend (DIN 53516 wear loss ≤ 50mm³), which protects the hose against constant friction caused by sharp gravel and aggregates. To handle continuous pressure spikes from piston pumps, the carcass is reinforced with multi-ply high-tensile steel wire spirals, ensuring superior structural stability, kink resistance, and zero elongation during high-flow discharge.

The outer cover is crafted from weather- and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber, protecting the hose body from cuts, gouges, and harsh job-site dragging. Pre-assembled with heavy-duty metric or HD swaged steel couplings, our concrete pumping hoses ensure leak-proof performance and full-flow volumetric efficiency.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the wear resistance rating of your concrete pump hose inner tube?
Our inner tube rubber achieves an abrasion loss rating of ≤ 50mm³ according to DIN 53516 standards, ensuring extended operational life under harsh aggregate pumping.
What ends/couplings come pre-assembled on these hoses?
We provide factory-crimped Heavy Duty (HD) couplings, Victaulic ends, and standard Metric flanged couplings to fit pumps like Schwing, Putzmeister, and Sany.
What is the difference between wire reinforced and textile reinforced concrete hoses?
Steel wire reinforced hoses are built for high pressure, high abrasion applications like boom trucks and high-rises, while textile hoses offer lighter weight for ground discharge.
Can this concrete hose handle high peak surges from piston pumps?
Yes, designed with working pressures up to 100 Bar (1450 PSI) and a safety factor of 2:1 or higher, it easily absorbs dynamic peak pressure spikes.
Are custom lengths available for concrete pump hoses?
Yes, we manufacture custom hose lengths ranging from short boom tip hoses (10ft/15ft) to longer discharge lines (50ft/100ft).
