What hose sizes can the QY-120B crimp?
The machine crimps hose assemblies from 1/4" to 3" inside diameter (6-76mm crimping diameter), covering the vast majority of braided (1SN, 2SN) and spiral (4SP, 4SH, R12, R13) hydraulic hoses.
What is included with the machine?
Standard supply includes the crimping machine, 15 die sets covering common hose sizes, hydraulic pump, motor, and English operation manual. Custom die sets for non-standard fittings are available on request.
What voltage options are available?
The machine is configurable for 110V, 220V, 380V or 415V, 50/60Hz single or three-phase. Specify your local voltage and phase when ordering. Plug type can be configured to your region.
Do you provide training and technical support?
Yes. The English operation manual covers setup, die selection, crimp diameter adjustment and maintenance. Remote video support is available for installation and troubleshooting. On-site commissioning can be arranged for large orders.
Can the machine crimp both braided and spiral hose?
Yes. With appropriate die selection the CBK-120B crimps 1SN, 2SN, 4SP, 4SH, R12, R13 and similar hydraulic hose constructions. Always verify die compatibility with your specific fitting and hose combination before production.
